TOUR FULFILLMENT POLICY

At Takeovers Rentals, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and exciting off-road experience. This Tour Fulfillment Policy outlines our terms regarding booking, participation, and the conditions under which a tour will be fulfilled, rescheduled, or canceled.
1. Booking & Confirmation
• All tours must be booked in advance through our website, over the phone, or in person.
• A non-refundable $50 deposit per vehicle is required at the time of booking to secure your tour.
• Customers will receive a confirmation email or text with their booking details after payment is processed.
2. Check-in & Tour Start Requirements
• Customers must arrive on time for their scheduled tour.
• Riders must provide a valid driver’s license and matching credit card for the deposit hold ($100 for ATVs, $500 for UTVs).
• Riders under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign the waiver.
• Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in the forfeiture of the tour without a refund.
3. Weather & Safety Conditions
• Tours operate rain or shine, unless conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., severe storms, flooding, lightning).
• In cases of unsafe conditions, customers may:
• Reschedule at no additional cost
• Receive a full refund if the tour is canceled by Takeovers Rentals
• If a customer chooses not to participate due to weather but the tour is still running, no refund will be issued.
4. Tour Guidelines & Customer Responsibility
• All riders must follow guide instructions and abide by all safety rules.
• Reckless driving, failure to follow instructions, or endangering others may result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.
• Equipment misuse, damage, or accidents caused by negligence will result in financial liability per the Damage Liability Policy.
5. Refunds & Rescheduling
• No refunds will be issued for completed tours.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours of the tour will incur a $50 rescheduling fee per vehicle.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the full booking amount.
6. Group & Private Tour Policies
• For group bookings of 5 or more vehicles, rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Private tours require full payment at the time of booking and follow the same cancellation and rescheduling policies.
